Errors with druid flight form

I’m getting a ton of issues with druid flight form recently.

1. I cant herb unless I’m touching the ground? I did take a break for a bit so maybe this is just new?
2. “You cant use items while shapeshifted” however I can shift into another form and suddenly I’m allowed to use it.
3. Logging in to flightform, you’re suddenly shifted back and you to fall to your death.
4. “Cannot use this ability while pacified” while trying to use The Innkeeper’s Daughter toy. I’ve been using it in that form all expac and it usually just cancels the form so I can cast it.
5. Can’t use abilities that shift you automatically, like Prowl, while in flight form.

I’ll keep adding to this as I find em.

Can’t dive into water in flight form, you’re stopped at the surface, can’t even use the down arrow key. Have to change to another form to drop into the water.

Right, I noticed that too while trying to get a chest in Mechagon. It feels like flight form has been changed to be a 100% pacify since the new patch.

I noticed this. It occurs during quite a few interactions, while on the ground, that it never conflicted with before.

Yup, doesn’t care if your on the ground anymore. Still have to cancel it yourself. First world problems for sure but the whole form feels wonky right now.

That’s been a thing for at least 2 xpacks now all throughout legion I had to be on the ground to herb.

This does happen in flight form a lot it’s there to prevent people from accidently miss clicking and falling to their death because they have panicked and forgot that can shift back into flight form while falling out of combat.

I just tried logging in and out 10 attempts I couldn’t trigger this maybe I’ll leave him over night and try again tomorrow.

That’s probably due to the “you can’t use items in shapeshift” even on the ground many toys ect. I can’t use on the ground while in flight form this is druid life now.

You can as long as you’re on the ground or use this.

/cancelaura Travel Form
/cast Prowl

Pops you out of flight form even off the ground and puts you into cat form with prowl going.

You can also make any toy/item macro you want to use in flight form as well by using the

/cancelaura Travel Form macro

Tried this I keep going through the surface and being put into my Aquatic travel form. did it 15 times in and out had no issues.

I can grab chests in Mechagon without being on the ground while in druid fight form

Really? Every time I try I hit the surface like I’m hitting the ground. How odd.

Do you have the water walking mount equipment applied?

Minidecay mount equipment doesn’t affect Druid Travel forms

And Djinndark yeah I just go straight through and go into my water travel form

I think you’re just misunderstanding this one. There are a couple chests underwater in Mechagon.

The flightform being removed upon log in is intermittent btw. But there are multiple threads about it in both Druid and Bug Report.

Loosing flight form upon logging into game

Greetings, I know this has been reported and talked about on a previous post here https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20754285409?page=2 but i am curious have other druids notice this still happening? Logging into game client, without logging into anything else like mobile app, and realize they are falling? Any follow up would be great!

Ummmm no? not being able to get underwater chests while in flight form would run into the same issues of not being able to go through the surface of the water.

There is one chest near the alliance side of the map that just under the surface but I’m able to open that while in flight form because I’m in range of it.
