Same thought I got a virus or something.
Same thing happened to me. Trying scan and repair just in case.
Same error here
Have the same issue. Game crashes to desktop
everyone in our 5-man experienced it as well
My girlfriend and I had it happen as well. I was questing in Waking Shores, she was AFK. It happened to me again before the loading screen even began filling the bar.
I am getting the same error too along with my whole guild who got booted out.

Looks like it’s EVERYBODY on EVERY REALM. I crashed mid-flight on Stormrage.
Blizz, are ya getting DDoS’d? Or LOIC’d? Or did the IT intern press the magic button on the back of the server rack?
My entire guild effected.
Pretty sure this just happened to everyone on a Us Server
same here when in a mythic
Yeah, happened to me too.
Same - Sen’jin, inside Neltharion. Had to restart the launcher and I got in.
Scanning game files fails with Whoops! looks like something broke. Give it another shot. (and that also fails).
I am still running a virus scan on my computer
update: my virus scans didn’t find anything.
This has happened to me just over a month ago. I deleted the game files on my computer, redownloaded and reinstalled them.
Only issues I have been having were the then this shared crash; was that some times while pressing “play” World of Warcraft won’t start up right away resulting in me clicking play a few more times and then all of sudden WoW is started and there are (however many times I clicked play) WoWs. All but one is disconnected from the servers.
I am having the same issue, stuck in a loop with the client to scan and repair. I have deleted cache folder, and closed bnet app all I keep getting is :
I’m having the same issue. I’ve seen one other post somewhere on these forums indicating a reinstall fixes the issue. Seems unfair to have to reinstall the game for an issue we didn’t cause. If you find a solution, let us know.
I had to literally delete the data folder and re-download. I am finally back in the game almost 3 hours later.
