tried to use new item for repair and sell got DCed now Error wow 51900328 reset user interface no help checked Firewall no help
I am also having this problem after wow updated and logged in and it said my some of my addons was for before the wow patch so i disabled all addons and hit login and it disconnected me and now i get the same error and have tried everything i could find online about fixing it.

- Completely exit World of Warcraft.
- Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don’t re-add your removed addons.
- In the Blizzard Battle.net desktop application, click Options (the cogwheel next to Play button) and select Show in Explorer (Windows®) or Reveal in Finder (Mac®).
- Open the World of Warcraft® folder.
- Open the folder for the game version you’re troubleshooting (retail, classic_era, or classic)
- Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
- Re-launch World of Warcraft so the changes can take effect.
I am having the same issue and tried everything you recommended above and nothing. "You Have Been Disconnected? (WOW5190028)
I even tried the repair tool and nothing.
If you have a cell phone you can try using the hotspot on the cell phone to connect to the game servers and see if it connects that way we can isolate whether it’s a connection issue with the internet or the computer
It is weird, I tried SC II and WC Reforged and got the same issue on the US server. When I switched to any other server than the US it works perfectly. So it has to be something with the US servers.
I can get in on my hot spot for WOW Retail, but not wired or wireless on the home network. It worked perfectly before the patch and I was actively playing when all this started.
If it works on your cell connection then its not the patch. Its the ISP having a issue or the patch triggered something on your security software.
Same issues here…sick of uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch just for it to keep happening
Then why can I connect to any server except the US servers? I was also able to connect and actively play long enough to finish multiple delves before it disconnected me.
I even disabled windows firewall and turned everything else off and I only run windows security currently.
So Blizzard doesn’t have a customer or tech support I’m guessing its time to quit blizzard period.
The most likely cause is a issue with your ISP. Since you can connect with your phone and connect with servers outside the US. A bad node along the path to the US servers. What ISP are you using
My service provider is Empower. I tried resetting my router/modem, DHS, IP, all the various things I can reset on my end. That I can think of anyway.
Same issue, but its only related to Defias Pillager, can connect to other HC servers no issue, soon as you select DP it gives error 51900334. Last night in game there was no global chats, no /s, only chat that worked was guild chat.
I am on empower and having the same issue, but if I turn a VPN on I can connect.
I talked with Empower and they are working with Blizzard to figure out the issue.
Anyone have an update to this issue? I am with Empower as well (along with a couple other family members who play) and have not been able to log in since the patch (4/22/25).
The people having issues are all on the same ISP. which has zero to do with the patch. It just a coincidence that the connection issue stated around the time of the patch
Unfortunately it is a BLIZZARD issue and not the ISPs problem. The failures at Blizzard should refund everyone’s monthly bill since they can’t fix their own issues due to poor skills.
They changed some incoming traffic stuff, yes (which is their right), but ISPs are responsible for adapting to those changes so their customers can still connect to the services. You pay Blizzard for access to a game license, you pay your ISP to make connections across the internet. But carry on
Except it is Blizzards issue blocking an ISP IP and failing to let anyone know they were doing it including the ISP.

Never had someone match your tone? I’ve never seen a company announce changes happening to incoming traffic, especially when they’ve been a DDoS target for several weeks. I used to work for an ISP, and it’s simple for them to resolve block issues if that’s what’s actually happening.
