Error With simple Macro

Hello!

Can you help me? I’m trying to use this Macro, but only works Keg Smash, When I pulse the Alt Key, only appear the (2) in the Acction Bar that indicates the spell Roll is active, but does’t cast the spell in automatic and I have to Click to use it.

/cast [modifier:alt] Roll; Keg Smash

You need to press alt + the key it’s on, not just alt.
If you have a keybind bound to alt+key then that keybind will take priority over the macro and the alt-cast of the macro will not work.
