So I am getting this error 75% of the time when I open the game. I click launch and it pops up a little window that says “the CAS system was unable to initialize:Tact instance creation failed. Error (16): container locked Tact instance creation failed. Error (16): container locked”. This started with the 11.1 patch. I close it and try to restart the game. some times this error pops up again and other times it logs me into the game. its really hit or miss and I don’t know what to do about it.
