Happening again now… second time this evening

For real though, this has been going on for a couple weeks - black screen, disconnections, black screen, loading screens that boot you into the stratosphere … and lag so bad it lets you see the world beneath before it yanks you back to somewhere before it decided to just stop working.

It has occurred once again on Frostmourne! 
I seriously think I am causing it.
Just finished up the Nightborne unlock - jumped onto my Paladin - did the quest for the Maaruki where you place three totems on the ground and get zapped then zero response from the NPC.
Edit - literally within 5 minutes of logging into the Paladin.
