This happens at least once a week.
mine too, after I flew to waking shore, suddenly I cant fly anymore all the npc were gone and tried to reload but nothing happen, tried to HS only did the animation but nothing happen.

It appears to be oceanic servers only

Same issue, also Frostmourne. Other server lists are retrieving fine for me.
Appears to be back up and stable so far

yep same here!
Can confirm frostmourne error retrieving charachter list upon joining a group got dc’d.
No OCE servers are showing toons for me, us servers fine.

Couldnt hand in quest or click anything so exited game, now showing error retrieving character list. fmllllll come on frostmourne
