When going to open the payment page on Dragonflight I am getting the error “The Application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)”, the shop is working correctly on Wrath Classic and in the Battle.Net app.
I have checked my anti-virus and it is not blocking it, I have reinstalled Battle.net and I have tried running as administrator
Same has been going on 2 days for me on retail.
Glad to as least know it’s most likely not an issue with my PC

Hey that’s not on you! Just wish there was some support here on the forums but it’s a holiday weekend I suppose.
Have you tried renaming the utils folder and then running repair? The game uses the chromium browser which in the past chrome updates have corupted
it .
I just started receiving the same error and can’t purchase anything in the shop.
This just started happening to me out of the blue today. i JUST bought a token yesterday. now i get the same error , "BlizardBrowser.exe - Application error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.
same thing happens when trying to open “support” from the in game menu.
litterally nothing has changed on my PC since yesterday

same here it also now says the value of the token is not available
