Error Message Error 16

Hello. I keep getting the following at random times but usually when I boot my computer and try to launch WoW:

The CAS system was unable to initialize: Tact instance creation failed. Error (16): container locked.

How to a get rid of this error? It started happening a few months ago, again at random times. Now it is every time I reboot or turned my computer on when I get home from work. I am running Win 11.

Remove the read-only flags from your WoW directory.

Either a Windows update or antivirus turned them on.

Mine keeps doing this too. I just keep relaunching until it goes through.

Keeps happening over and over lately. I fix it and it comes back the next day.
