Error message 51900319

Toon was doing the emerald dream portal quest. First two portals shut down no problem. Portal to the next and my toon is now stuck mid-air and then I get kicked with the above error message. Thoughts?

Try the ‘unstuck’ feature, maybe, if you can’t log the character back in?

It’s because you are playing a Goblin. The only solution is to delete your Goblin and go Alliance.

But in al seriousness i found what i’m about to copy & paste here in the hope that it helps you. Here it is.


According to Blizzard’s official support page https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/21758, this error appears whenever your connection to the servers is lost. This can happen either due to the game’s servers being overloaded or due to your own connection experiencing some issues.

First of all, check the current Realm Status on the official site https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/game/status/us. Select your region and make sure there’s not a red X beside your realm’s name. If nothing strange comes up, try one of the following methods:

  • 1- Reopen your Battle.net. Since this is a connection-based error, your best bet is to reconnect to Blizzard servers altogether.
  • 2 – Check if there’s anything odd with your internet connection. Restart your modem just to be sure, and try to connect to the servers again.
  • 3 – Scan your WoW client through the options button next to “Play”. Missing or corrupted files could also be causing the issue, so this might help with this error.

If you’re still getting the WOW51900319 messages, chances are that the problem lies with overpopulation. New games and updates tend to have connection issues due to unexpected stress on the servers, resulting in random disconnections and other errors when trying to play the game.

thank you so very much for your time. BTW I have plenty of gnomes, but that is not here nor there.
It is only one toon that is hanging in space. All other toons can be logged on and played. I would TRY the unstuck character option if my toon would hang there long enough for me to access. Thanks again for the try.

Good idea! But the unstuck only works if you can log in that character long enough to access the red question mark for the service. Sadly I cannot

Then your best bet is to put in a ticket so a gm can go move your character usually to nearest inn or graveyard

I have used this successfully multiple times in this very situation on characters that cannot log in at all.
