I keep getting 132 error, tried everything iv been able to find (UI resets, scan/repair, no addons, etc.)

Thank you for taking the time to reach out with these details as well as the DxDiag info. The Windows Error Reporting section of your DxDiag shows a number of “LiveKernelEvent” errors with reference code 144:
These errors are also known as “TDR” errors (Timeout Detection and Recovery). TDR errors with this reference code indicate an issue with the video driver or the video card itself, but can also be caused by overheating components, faulty RAM, insufficient power, or Windows corruption. If you haven’t already, I recommend re-installing your Nvidia driver using the DDU tool.

You can download & install the most recent driver for your Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER from Nvidia’s website here.
If the issue persists, we are a bit limited in how we can assist with these sorts of issues beyond recommending that you check for overheating components and scan for potentially missing or damaged Windows system files, so it may be best to contact a certified local computer technician to diagnose the system.
