I know that this error is never fun. You just want to play the game and not deal with errors on login.
This error tends to point to bad files. I would want to start with a scan and repair of the game files first.
If that does not work, a reset of the game client would be best to try next.
Last, a clean install of the game. You will want to uininstall it and all versions of the game. Once done, delete the folder they were in then start a new install.
