Error Code: WOW51900319

Been trying to help a friend get back into the game and they keep getting this. Doesn’t seem to matter which server cluster or location they are signing into.

At this point, they are using a free account. They can play for about ten to fifteen minutes before they get disconnected. We’ve updated the drives and system, even tried rolling back to earlier versions to see if that was the problem.

Near as we can tell nothing is stopping their computer from running the game and everything works, not even high latency or spikes during game play, tried a hard line as well as wifi.

I believe this is basically generic code, and doesn’t give much information about why. There is a setting in the game that might help, but I’m not sure, and don’t remember which, prioritizes stability vs speed.

I’d focus on what type of internet they have, vs the system.

Yeah, IIRC that’s called Optimize network… or something. We tried that. No noticeable difference.

Really frustrating.

Yeah, though I know their ISP… if the problem is them not much we’ll be able to do about it. Really frustrating with the lack of choice in the area.

Im having this error right when i log in on my hunter i get disconnect is flying right into the air like my game wont load between ringing Deeps and dornogal

Getting this error tonight. It was fine maybe 2 hours ago & now I can’t log at all?

You may be able to check this if their ISP uses social media or if other customers of the ISP made posts complaining about connection issues during the same time.

Also, just to cover all bases, does their computer meet all of the system requirements for the game version they’re playing?

It’s on the lower end but it’s within range.

Perhaps it would be best if they join the discussion and provide their diagnostic reports. Right now we’re kind of troubleshooting in the dark, which doesn’t tend to be very productive.

They can’t because they don’t have a subscription. No reason to get one if they can’t get the game to work.

This leads me to believe there’s an intermittent connection issue (quick drop/refresh by Windows when multiple connections are active), or that it is hardware related.

If you want to collect a DxDiag from them and share it on Pastebin, myself or someone else will likely take a look.

Click here to show/hide DxDiag report instructions
  1. Press Windows Key + R, then type DxDiag and press Enter.
  2. In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
  3. Name the file dxdiag and click Save.

After you have the report:

Last night my game was fine, went to raid and all, now it shows this WOW51900319, can’t even log…
