I keep getting disconnected from the game while playing the game say every 15 minutes I get this error code WOW51900319.
My latency MS rates are about 20 to 30 for home and world. I have a gigabit fiber connection.
I am a network engineer and have check all the connections clearing dns cache and DNS ARP tables.
I have deleted the game reinstalled and fresh install and issue still presists.
I every tried it no addons and still get a error code WOW51900319.
Please help me get this fixed so I can enjoy the the I pay for.
Can you clarify on these statements? Did you reinstall without removing the addons? Did you perform a UI reset? Disabling addons removes their visual elements but not changes they made to the game. If you’re using addons not updated for this patch version, they could be the problem.
I been playing the game for the past 5 years with no issues.
Then 4 days ago started to get error code WOW51900319
I did a fresh reinstall of the first.
Result: error code WOW51900319
Reinstalled 1 addon at a time
Result: error code WOW51900319
Besides of doing a complete deleting the game and reinstalling everything from scratch , I did the following below.
Followed the troubleshooting guide available on our support site: https://battle.net/support/article/000358715
Contacted Internet Service Provider and they said no issues their end
Restarted Modem
Reset Network and Firewall to defaults
Restarted Computer
Did full uninstall and reinstall of the NVIDIA Graphics drivers
At Command Prompt did the following below
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
arp -d
netsh winsock reset
dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Restarted Computer Again
With same results error code WOW51900319
It is not my end.
It is on the server side.
Is WiFi and Ethernet enabled at the same time? Windows likes to poll between the two, causing disconnects.
Beyond that, we would need a DxDiag at the least for additional troubleshooting.
I only have Ethernet and there is no connected and configured.
How do I attach the DxDiag because it does not fit in the forums?
