Game updated, BNET restarted, repair game done, still getting the error for 30min now.
Anything else i can do ?
Or its normal after a big day patch and have just to wait tomorrow to play ?

Same happening to me, And I wish people would stop calling this a big patch, it’s only adding in trivial content that very little people will actually play

Exact same issue here. Did Blizz “scan and repair”, restarted router, flushed router cache, rebooted Windows.

Keeps telling me “you have been disconnected” with the same error code listed by the op.

This sucks.
