Error Code: BLZBNTAGT00001399 when installing classic

Blizz is telling me to check my internet connection… I am hard wired to my internet.
Blizz is telling me I need to run Battle.net in admin. I run everything in admin.

I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, and now can’t install classic at all.

Error Code : BLZBNTAGT000008FC is the new code its giving me now.

1 st make sure you have time on the account for wow … on the account you are trying to enter Classic.
BLZBNTAGT000008FC…
A reboot of computer might fix the issue.

If… You can only play Classic or Retail…
Not at the same time, so if you just played Retail and log out. Sometimes you need to restart between play for Classic.

Good luck…

Im subbed, i have everything i need to play. can’t install anything.
Im tired of rebooting after looking for and using sequencees of run cmds that might reboot it.
anti-virus is completely shut off atm to see if that helps in any way.

Can you run Retail?

Cant install anything at all, doing my 2nd app reinstall…

How long have you been away from WoW?

Not too long, I was around for the first raid tier of dragonflight.

then i played hardcore casually…

new update… battle.net app install gets stuck at 45%, left it overnight… still 45%

You get Battle.net running…try to switch to the Bata of Battle.net … You can switch back after you get the app to do as expected.
Menu ( cog wheel ); at bottom left side.
Also…you said 45%.
Check you ISP to make sure you do not have a Data Cap on your internet…

no data cap, i can download and install from steam still, i cant even install battle.net app anymore its stuck at 45%. scouring the web for every possible fix i can find, nothing is working.

I have linked this before…

It deals with removing Battle.net data…
It might help.
