Is there anyone out there that can tell me why no matter what i do or what computer i try to get on to play and update wow I get this same stupid error over and over

i even tried another battle.net account and tried updating an d installing wow and i still get this same error no matter what. any help would be appreciated im really at a loss right now how to get the game to update/install and play again

i also tried a different computer and still same issue I tried everything the error told me to try and check still got no where. The game worked perfectly fine up until a few days ago
**Also this is only affecting wow retail and classic I am able to d/l and update sc2 and other games just fine

There are several fix suggestions for that error across the forums. (Put the error code in search box.)

That said, I would just reinstall the game.

thats the problem i cant reinstall when i go to install it i get the error i even even re installed windows and still same error. ive tried every ipconfig system data delete and everything i can find on the forums and so far its still there

edit: if anyone has this issue with windows 11 anda nvidia gpu this fixed mine… i turned my vpn on and now its dl the game again lol

That would be a connection issue, like all the troubleshooting steps mention. It wouldn’t be related to Windows or your GPU.

I had turned the vpn on and off 50 times and it never did anything different not sure why it worked this time but either way its good thanks

I’m getting the same problem. The weird thing is I can update other Blizzard games without any problems…it only affects WoW and WoW Classic. could it be that my router is going bad?

Ive tried all of those. The only thing I haven’t tried isa Factory reset on my computer and Possible connection issues… I’ve gone through every single Blizzard suggestion and ones suggested by AI on the net nothing works.
