Error Character Transfer

I purchased a character transfer for my character Brictom, on Ysera. I want to transfer her back to Zul-jin. The cogwill appears and disapears, says there is a error, and to check back later. I can log her in, etc. Also, when I try and repurchase, says there is already a service on this character to wait for the action to complete. Please assist me with this? The ticket in-game is over two days.

Having exact same issue on my end trying to transfer Dprlive to Mal’Ganis from Zul’jin. Cogwheel is there, but says Error, check back later. Can log in, do everything as normal, but cannot repurchase it.

Yup, same issue here. Transferring my warrior Saizar from Thrall to Stormrage. Cogwheel stays and says “An error was encountered. Please come back later.” even after logging in and out of the character.

I’m also having this issue. i did as recommended from an article, to log in then back out. however i am still stuck.

going from area 52 to zul’jin

I am having the same issue. I just tried to transfer my toon from Area52 to Thunderhorn and it came back as ‘error, please check back later’. It irritates me because I see the money was taken from my account but nothing happened with my toon. I am hoping that either Blizzard is able to push through that transfer or at least give me a refund. :frowning:

Myself and my Gf are also having same issue moving from Area 52 28,500 pop to Tichondrius 15,000 pop both are stuck same error. Cog wheel there but says error has occurred please try again later. As well under our names says error character Transfer. Moneys been taken out and on website shows the transaction was complete. We both can log into our toons but if we try to but the xfer again says ones in progress try again later after completing said service. going on 5 hours waiting now.

Same issue with this mage. Paid transfer for “Anaximenes” on 26NOV20. An hour later, a red Cogwheel to the left of my character’s name appeared which states that “An error was encountered. Please come back later.”

The GM responded to my in-game ticket. They told me that anilah has not yet been trasferred to log in and out. Well obviously she has not been transferred, I am transferring Brictom. So this is the customer service I am currently dealing with. I hope yalls experience is much more intelligent.

paid for my xfer last night at like 5pm. still not through. and no real answer. so screw it im playing my character XD

Same, trying to get off area 52 with a character. Little cog wheel error bit for 14 hrs now.

My ticket was resolved quickly and easily, sorry you had a bad experience. Hopefully they realize your actual issue soon. I guess some of us get lucky with the customer reps.

i’ve had a ticket in for 2 days so far for this character :frowning:

im still horde but i have an alliance icon. just says Error Faction Change
