Error BLZBNTBGS80000011 "Could not log in to Battlenet

Hi All,

For the past week or so, I’ve been receiving error BLZBNTBGS80000011 - Could not login to Battle.net. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Set exceptions in MS Defender & Microsoft Firewall for all Battle.net processes and World of Warcraft processes
Opened up the ports in my router for all Battlenet/WoW processes
Restored my router to factory settings to test
Restored all default network settings on my Microsoft Windows PC to test
Booted into safe mode with networking enabled & attempted launching Battle.net
Uninstalled and cleared all data from Battle.net in appdata and program files. Fresh install afterwards
Clean install of World of Warcraft

Router is an Asus RT-AX57. Weirdly, I am able to log in successfully when using Geforce Now, so this seems isolated to my system.

Try another DNS or a VPN.

Yep. Tried multiple public DNS servers & a VPN. Apologies for forgetting those - have tried so much I knew I’d forget some steps in the original post

Does the failed connection produce any error logs in the Bnet folder or AppData folder for Bnet?

I just ran the “LogGoblin” linked in a Blizz support article. Anything specific I should be looking for? At least from a once over of the DXdiag file, everything came back good

I was referring to an automatically generated error log in the folder.

Nothing that I could see.

I’m just going to cancel my subscription and move onto a game with better customer support (not a dig on you, official Blizz support wasn’t great). Thanks for all your help, appreciate you!
