For the past several weeks or so, the armory commonly displays Error 500 instead of the character pages. When this occurs, it will oftentimes show my first name on the account dropdown in the upper right corner of the page instead of my most recently logged character, even after logging out and back into the BN account. It will act like I’m not logged in at all because I can’t even view guild messages of the day (always can when working properly). I am able to access my account overview and manage my subscription, etc., so that part is working and I am technically logged in. All of the potential reasons on the error page as to why it might not load are not applicable. It is not specific to browser, device, my account, my internet, my characters. When it’s happening to me, it’s not just my characters that won’t load, but others as well. The 500 error occurs on an iPhone, two MacBook Pros, and an iMac, in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Eventually the pages will load (maybe later in the day or when it feels like it), but I feel like the majority of the time I look at the armory it shows this error.
Yep just got a error 500 trying to look at my own profile…add in still can’t change characters in the selection tab either…been weeks and weeks now I haven’t been able to change my character.
