Hello everyone I have problems to connect to the account battle.net , services, I tried to follow all the steps given by the assistance and nothing does not work, it always comes out error 403 , does anyone know what error it is ?
A 403 code means that you are not allowed to access a specific web page or server. The server gets the request, but will not process it.
If you Google, there are some possible solutions.
If it’s on your end:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
This will force your browser to re-request site files, which may resolve the error. However, you may need to sign in again to the website.
- Check your HOSTS file
Make sure the line “127.0.0.1 localhost” is in the HOSTS file. If it’s not, add the line and save the file.
- Contact your internet service provider
If you’re the only one experiencing the error, your IP address may be blocked.
- Disable your VPN
Some sites restrict access through a VPN.
Otherwise it might be WoW. In which case you might want to post in the Tech forum, and/or open a ticket.
