I’ve been getting the following for the past couple weeks now:

ERROR #141 (0x8512008d) Script assertion failure!
Description: Script exception: …nterface/AddOns/Blizzard_SharedXMLBase/ProxyUtil.lua:109: C stack overflow

I’ve renamed the Interface and Cache folders to InterfaceOLD and CacheOLD, removed all addons, reset the console to the default ( /console cvar_default) and still the error persists. The error can be recreated by opening a profession window, then opening another profession window without closing the first.

Have not seen a solution to this posted anywhere though others have mentioned it elsewhere in the forums.

Blizzard broke something with the profession screens in the last patch, I don’t have your issue but the filters don’t on mine don’t work until i reload UI or open a second profession window, so expect months before it’s fixed.

its like they kept 2 versions of the profession screen. So u have to reload to get the cata one.
