Perfect Can you post a dxdiag please. The crashes seem related to the integrated GPU driver.

DxDiag
1.Press Windows Key + R.
2.Type DxDiag and press Enter.
3.In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
4.Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
5.Open the txt file above select all, copy and paste to this thread.
You can include the DXDIAG in a reply to the forum post. Place it between rows of ticks (`) for formatting:

If it will not allow you to post the whole thing post it on pastebin.com just post the last section of the link see the highlight section below .

Here’s DxDiag

Hey, Cassiine! The crashes we’re seeing on our end seems to be an issue with the Graphics starting up and immediately crashing. Have you tried DirectX12 or DirectX11Legacy to see if it will run on either of those APIs? It looks like its running DirectX11 currently and I’d be interested to see if it crashes with either of those APIs.

If it continues, check for Windows Updates. This can help with some basic updates and potentially update/repair the system that may be causing the crashes. The system currently has build 17134, version 1803. The latest is 17763 or version 1809.

Once done, try testing again. If it continues, run through a Display Driver Uninstall and clean reinstall.

  1. Download the Video Drivers.
  2. Download the Display Driver Uninstaller tool (Go to Display Driver Uninstaller under Announcements, then click on “Offical Download Here”)
  3. Open and Extract the DDU.
  4. Click on Clean and Restart.
Note: Safe mode is not required, but can yield better results!
  5. Restart, then Install the Drivers from Step 1.

Running the game with DirectX 12 and Direct X 11 Legacy didn’t work, but I’m downloading the Windows updat version 1809 rught now and I’ll keep you updated on if it fixes the problem, thank you.

None of the solutions provided worked to fix that error.

Nogafet and Cassiine the same person?

Yes I dont know why its switching my characters between my phone and PC

Something is odd. According to Dell if you insert a card in the PCIe slot the Integrated GPU is suppose to be disabled but its not. DO you have anything that is using the integrated GPU IE anything plugged into it?

I have my monitor plugged into the back of the card on my computer, but that’s all I know of that is plugged into it.

I agree that it is odd, because I played when BFA first came out and never had any problem, and nothing has changed on my PC since then. And every other game is working fine on my PC.

Thanks for the update! I’m not sure what’s causing the graphics to not start up appropriately. We can try double checking, what Northernlite mentioned which definitely could be the cause.

The primary monitor is hooked up with the Nvidia card, but it is odd that the Intel card is showing up too. Just to make sure, could you check out this picture and make sure the monitor cable is only hooked up on the Expansion GPU and not the Onboard GPU?

If it persists from there, could you contact our Technical Support team so we can look more in depth into this? Please feel free to mention this thread in your ticket case!

OKAY!!! I FIGURED IT OUT!!!

Thanks to your help, I was able to find a solution to the issue. You told me that my onboard GPU and my after market GPU were trying to activate at the same time, so after inspecting the back of my computer to ensure that there was nothing plugged into my onboard GPU, I went into the device manager and manually disabled it.

I can now plat WoW!!! Thank you all so much for the help!!!

Glad to help. Happy gaming
