Error 132 upon launch

Game keeps crashing upon launch, I had this problem yesterday and fixed it by updating a driver I though I had already updated.

I have ran wow repair option.
I have updated all drivers
I have reset in game preferences.
I have deleted all add ons.

Error #132 (0x851000084)
Instruction at 0x0007ffb30d5d23 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000024 the memory cannot be “written”

If any of you have had this issue and have fixed it please let me know.

Edit: the fix for me was turning off in game overlay in discord.

no really tho, its prob lack of ram, wow takes more nowadays then it used to, close some stuff off and try again
that or your RAM is going, run SFC, and maybe reseat your ram, see what happens
google says it could be “bad 3rd party device drivers” so maybe some recent additions to software/hardware added some drivers that are causing conflict?
try a system restore to earlier time, or just uninstall recent stuff till it works again, try isolate the problem :stuck_out_tongue:

have you tried deleting your WTF folder? thats a good baseline wow fix for stuff too :slight_smile: (back it up first)

I have 16 GB ram, it’s the discord overlay. A dev just mentioned it. It just launched for me now

Try turning off MSAA. Or if you still want to use MSAA, turn off Multisample Alpha Test under advanced options.
