Error 132 help please

I’ve tried the known fixes to this issue already. I get on to the character log on screen press enter world than get error 132. Game was working completely fine before patch.

I’m also getting 132s (Edit, to be extra-explicit:) during the load screen after selecting a character (end edit). Error message and relevant specs follow:

Error 132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception!
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\World of Warcraft_retail_\Wow.exe
ProcessID: 1328 (seems to be variable)
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION

The instruction at “0x0000000000000000” referenced memory at “0x0000000000000000”.
The memory could not be “executed”.

I’m on Win10 Pro, version 1709, build 16299.785, using a Gigabyte branded Geforce GTX 1080 G1, driver version 399.24.

In WoW, I’m using the DX12 api.

Final edit: it was Details.

im getting the same thing too idk what is happening myself anyway to fix it yet or we just waiting

Im getting the same message and on every toon i have tried to log into as well. Did a scan and repair and it did nothing to even attempt to fix it.

I am getting the same error. Scan and Repair fixed something, but not this. At least this didn’t happen on patch day. That would have sucked…

Having the same problem here on all realms I try logging into. After selecting a character and selecting login I get the same error 132 message.

Having the same issue.

Get a quarter of the way into load screen into world and crash with this error.

Is blizzard going to comment on this?

FIX (for me at least) : It seems to be an issue related to Addon’s. I removed all the files from my Addon Folder and was able to log into the game after.

Ill try to put them back in one by one to see which one causes it.

Oh! Right before it told me I had outdated addons that I needed to turn off, and so I did. Maybe taking them out until they are updated might fix.

Can I not go into my addon’s while a scan/repair is going?

Fixed for me. It was the addons

I would think that scan/repair only cares about the game files, but you might as well wait.
