Hey, her OS is windows 10 pro.
As someone mentioned we installed Driver Easy, but after 3 hours of downloading appeared an error.
The driver was trying to download was the “AMD Radeon™ R7 M260” So we download it manually from the AMD website.
It seems that driver was not compatible with the machine, WoW was not able to detect the graphic card so we have to uninstall it and reinstall the drivers directly from HP site.
Same Error #132, so we will wait until blizzard deploy a fix or something
