Error 132 Access Violation

Was working Monday. Downloaded the pre-patch. Ver 10.0.0.46313. Go to start it, asks Windows for permission to do something. Say Okay. Error message pops up but I can hear the music. Says Error 132 (0x85100084)
ProductID 4052
ThreadID 8024
ACCESS: VIOLATION
Then it had a code that was 0x00…14218de6a then 0x00…020

I have tried watching/reading for help to no avail. I have put _ on the Cache and WTF folders, I have set the compatibility to my Windows I have uninstalled and reinstalled and ran the error tool. I need some help or I am sunk.
