ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal exception!

Hi looking for some help having issues with my game randomly crashing
there seems to be no rime or reason to why its happening
his application has encountered a critical error:

Program: D:\Blizzard\World of Warcraft_retail_\Wow.exe
ProcessID: 18196
ThreadID: 10404
Exception: ACCESS_VIOLATION

The instruction at “0x00007ff7acd8a165” referenced memory at “0xffffffffffffffff”.
The memory could not be “read”.

Full uninstall and re-install of game
disabled all addons and issue persists
No overlays enabled
Antivirus uninstalled -
GPU drivers DDU cleaned in safe modem and re-installed fresh.
Occured in Windows 10 and keeps going after update. windows 11.

You would want to backup the UI, then reset the UI to check for addons causing the issue. Simply disabling them will not be sufficient.

Deleted all addons
Deleted all Cache
Deleted WTF folder
Ran game crashed within 30 seconds
same error code.

Unfortunately, the error message you’re getting tells us absolutely nothing about what caused it. It’s just a standard block message from Windows. Can you add a DxDiag?
