A lot of people from my guild DCéd.
Same for our guild in Uldir - all dc'd. Log in, see the rez box and dc again. Could log in to alts, BUT other guildies were starting to report issues on those toons as well in Boralus.

We had most of the raid DC, and now a bunch of us are connecting to US servers instead of the Oceanic ones.
...and we're suddenly all back in Sydney at 12ms.
*Seems* to have settled now for us
Have some guildies having issues even getting to log in now.
