From the point in the Mechagnome recruitment where he moves from his usual spot you’re unable to turn in anything to him and after you complete the entire chain he’s disappeared completely from his spot so you can’t get Paragon chests among other things.

I’m having this issue as well. Also tried looking in the non-instanced mechadungeon (through the portal you use for the quest) and he’s in there at least but you can’t do paragon turn ins (or likely anything else).

He just showed up. Guess they hotfixed it?
I’m not able to see him as of 7pm eastern time. Been completing the quest over and over and nothing. He just disappears after “Welcome to the Resistance.”
That’s a little different to our issue, our one is during the allied race recruitment. Guess it’s happening in multiple places.
I really wish they’d fix this so I can get my Mechagnome started.
This is still broken for me.
He was back for me when I swung by late yesterday(about 12 hours ago for you non Australians) so they seem to have fixed him not being there for those who completed the mechagnome recruitment.
Same. I had my box filled right when I got there to do the quest and I was like “I’ll just wait and he’ll be back after these quests for me to turn it in.” And then he wasn’t. o.O
