World buffs, at least specifically heart of hakkar, are not dropping for everyone on the same layer. We have dropped multiple ones on mankrik and have observed people standing next to each other on the same layer with zero buffs booned and some get it and others do not. We haven’t dropped enough rends or DS to confirm if that is bugged yet or not.

This has happened how many times in Era? They never fixed the underlying bug, that would take a tiny amount of actual effort for Era. Instead they just tinker with the layering threshold. So now we wait for for yet another bandaid fix.
I do not know/believe this is layering. We had 3 people in a party, standing together. Zero buffs booned. 1 of 3 got heart. I cannot account for the layer of the dropper but typically mankrik has 1 layer, we haven’t had more than 1 in 6+ months.
