The item “Heart of the Scale” drops from Overlord Wyrmthalak in LBRS but appears to not be on the loot table anymore. It was confirmed to drop previously but has stopped now, other people still have the item in their inventory.
I understand drops are random but after a sample size of several hundred kills it’s very unlikely that the item is still on the loot table. This is an essential item for a certain aspect of speedrunning and shouldn’t be removed from the game.
there have been numerous bugs with sod and items not dropping like this, heart of the scale was actually buffed significantly in sod and maybe they somehow restricted it from dropping on era when they did it
