Era classic druid leveling question

Been leveling a druid in classic and love it but curious about the guides who have me piling points into both cat and bear stuff. If my intent is to mostly tank dungeons and multiple mob outdoor content should I go with the pure bear tank build instead? Had some threat issues etc in lower dungeons and mostly got me looking into it.

I realize cat form kills things alot quicker especially if one mob but constant healing and or running away when other things aggro is driving me nuts.

Does no one level/quest/dungeon tank as pure bear? It prob is slower but i also didnt take any bear damage talents/threat talent yet either.

The reason these guides recommend some cat talents are because you’re not always doing dungeons, and sometimes mobs run from you so the points in cat form will greatly improve your experience, also they’re right there, and some give you options you may not have considered yet.
