  1. Paladin Tier-3 2-Set bonus does not work, it adds zero healing to Judgment of Light.
  2. Paladin Talent Seal of Command only grants 6 Procs per Minute, this is the pre-update value as for what I remember it and allegedly its suppose to be 7 Procs per minute.

Thanks for the report.

I sent a fix for the T3 2piece not working that should be live in the near future.

I checked Seal of Command and there was no obvious bug present that I could see.
It has 7 procs per minute still and that has not changed.

There may be another bug present but if so it’s not presenting itself in the data.

Any chance we could get an option to select which tab targeting logic we use. I believe the logic has been altered twice since 2019 and I find this newish version more difficult to target my intended target than previous versions. Thanks

Contact me in game when you have time; its not a big rush I will detail the logic I used to test Command, perhaps there is a better way to test this that you’re aware of.

When you have time ill detail the method I used to test command over time (roughly 3000 attacks) I have screen shots of the data as crude as it is… This is something I noticed when testing something else.

Presently leveling a warrior, but ill be on tomorrow also, if there is a better way to test I am all for it.
