Inside the raid, and I am switching specs to a spec I have not played in undermine yet, I don’t have my car on my toolbar already, and have no idea where to find it…

I don’t believe the G-99 Breakneck is considered a mount and therefore will not be found in your collections. It might be found in the “General” section of the spellbook (this is just my guess) but otherwise, you could also try running a macro to summon it yourself.
/cast G-99 Breakneck - Might work.
It’s a zone ability so you can’t find it anywhere unless you’re in a zone you can use it in, ie. Undermine or IIRC parts of the new raid too.

From what I heard tonight. You have to pull it onto your bar while out in undermine. Directly from the extra action button to your bars.
If you never did this before , I think the goblins driving you around last stop on the quest chain, is the License to Drive quest that unlocks the car.
For your alts it will automatically appear center screen when you reach undermine.
Did the same to me. I finished the questline on my main, and when I first logged into my alt, I took the portal to undermine. It was there, but then I left undermine to go get coffer keys, when I came back and portaled back to undermine, the car isn’t showing up in the middle of the screen.
I’d try reloading your UI to see if the extra action button shows up for you. Could be a glitch between specs.
I keep a hotrod macro on my bars.
