where is the option to toggle the default equipment manager on or off?

its just on, open your char panel and its next to where you pick titles
The whole interface is bugged for me on almost every character. In the character overview panel the background of the character is black, I cannot see all stats and if I reorganize them, they can disappear completely. There are also no icons for equipment manager or the option to choose/swap titles. Of course, without active addons.
Same. No Equip Manager or Title options available with all addons turned off.
At the bottom right of the character screen, I have an arrow to click and it pops open the panel where you can pick titles and access the equipment manager.
The bottom right arrow does not exist for many of my characters and for those that have that button, no or at least not all stats are displayed and the top buttons for equipment manager and title swap are not visible.
The bug seems to affect mostly clients that are not english ones.
