Equip 2 primal weapons?

Hey as a Rogue anyone know how I can equip a primal dagger + primal sword at the same time? I’ve seen another rogue equipping both but it won’t allow me.

389ilvl primal molten longsword
392ilvl primal molten shortblade (dagger)

Can’t have the same embellishments on it?

If they’re both embellished you can’t because the Lariat counts as an embelishment and we’re limited to two.
Note: the alchemical flavor pouch (Well Fed embellishment) does not count against the restriction.
