Missing for me as well. Zandalar is entirely in the wrong phase.
I knew something was wrong with Dazaralor.
- I was porting to the docks instead of the portal room.
- Eppu isnt where he’s supposed to be at (Great Seal beside the Insc. trainer)
Hopefully it will be fixed soon. I wanna farm those mounts and xmogs even in LFR
Yeah. I came last week to try to solo and didn’t find him.

The only toon that have progressed through that expansion cannot see or queue with Eppu in my case. All the others that haven’t done anything there could see him no problems…different phase or something, what a mess
