Hello. Can someone clarify for me if Epic World Drop items like Blackrock Bulwark has a chance to drop for all classes, including those that can’t use it? or will it only drop for classes that can like Sham, War, Paladin?
World drops are on the loot tables of mobs that can drop it. Just like those crap greens you get for a different armor class or weapon .

They’re Bind on Equip, so whether the looting toon can use them is irrelevant.
Send to an alt that can, or AH.
Who drop Blackrock Bulwark? I can not find it.
I wouldn’t rely on those numbers too heavily, though. Based on the percentages, it seems to be a world drop, which usually means that almost any mob in the appropriate expansion area can drop it. The numbers available on Wowhead will only show the mobs that have dropped it specifically for people using the addon that gathers that data for Wowhead.
