Simple solution to PVP queue syncing exploit

Well, most people quit when they end up facing a bunch of queue syncers anyway. So I think this solution would lead to a LOT less downtime. It’s a risk I’m prepared to accept because BGs are basically unusable right now, except for the griefing scumbags.
