If you truly want to improve the game you claim to enjoy - go use the proper channels.
Alright what is the proper channels? I do want this game to improve because it’s a game I enjoy.
The proper channels is sending the feedback to where it actually gets read.
Twitter - @BlizzardCS (They read every tweet.)
Forums - General Discussion/Customer Support (Devs read General Discussion often.)
In-Game Suggestion Tool - Each suggestion goes straight to the Devs.
You people aren’t even using the proper forum - If you were to create a thread in the General Discussion, or even in the Beta forum with suggestions/concerns - it actually gets read by the Devs. There’s a thread ‘‘This is why PvPers are Quitting’’ - and I don’t see any mention of premade groups ruining PvP. That’s because you guys would rather complain in the ‘‘Battleground’’ forum… a forum created to brag about my Honor Level.
Devs read Twitter/General Discussion/Customer Support/Beta Forums - and yes, they read the in-game suggestion tool… whether you believe it or not.
But IF your suggestions are as ridiculous as sending out a ban wav for something they already addressed - they will dismiss you. Account wide deserter/Cross Faction BGs, however, are still a possibility. I’ve seen a few good suggestions in this forum - which, sadly, will never get read. I’m not a huge fan of account wide deserter.
But getting a large number of supporters in the General Forum will get you noticed.

Somebody just created a thread about these so called queue synching ‘‘exploiters’’ in the General Discussion - and it has a whopping 3 responses.
Maybe you guys should help that person out… by posting your concerns there - where Blizzard will actually see it? If none of you feel the need to do so - then why complain?
Make your ‘‘stand’’ and see if they’re really exploiting.
Don’t call for bans - post well thought out solutions.
Because it is more efficient to lose fast and start a new BG. This way you have a chance to get conquest quicker and a fair match.
Blame Blizzard for promoting this type of mentality.
All it takes is a hotfix and the problem goes away.

They do read here. They might not respond in here, but they read it. How do I know? They actually changed the cost of potions from ridiculous amounts of bloody tokens to purchasable via honor like it should have been after a thread was made about it. (They also put em all on the same cd which was not suggested…)
The cost of potions was also a huge deal with well known streamers - and people sending in complaints via the in game suggestion tool. There’s no proof Blizzard got the solution from this forum.
That’s like saying after Blizzard fixes the premade issue - that this forum got the changes done… when in fact people like me are sending in screen shots of the queue dropping via Twitter. The only reason I join these communities… is to take screen shots of the abuse.
That’s called doing something… other than complaining.
Blizzard referenced my comment in their post, that’s how I know. 
Either way - posting about the issue in both forums… will only help.
I suggest helping this guy out.
