A not so uncommon strategy for acquiring an epic mount at a reduced price was grinding to rank 11 for the pvp mount of your choice. Will rank 11 be available at the start of P4? Will the cost of faction epic mounts be reduced? Are you going to reduce the price later after everyone drops their gold on it at full price?
FWIW the faction mounts mean very little to me, I like the Black War Kodo.
Not expecting an actual response but I think this is something on a lot of peoples minds.

They already said rank 9 will be available shortly after P4 is released. Meaning we won’t get rank 11 until BWL is released, hopefully with a 20 man option.
Why are they capping pvp ranks so low?
So it scales with the current tier of raid gear. Curious if they’ll buff the PvP gear considering they’re buffing the PvE gear.
They don’t have a plan, they were hoping we’d all uninstall sod by now.
There’s no way they don’t upgrade pvp sets. They gave us updated bracers, unlocked AB gear restrictions, and a level 50 pvp set. It’ll happen.

Get exalted with Frostwolf and a mount cost 640 gold and you dont need mount training for use it.
Why you need a upgraded lvl 50 gear? The level 60 gear is much better and super easy to get. No one is twinking at lvl 50 anyways if that was your plan.
They do it because the gear from rank 11 and up are tier 3 so then all raids until AQ be useless to do. PvE players always win.
Alongside Discoverer’s Delight adjustments, we’ll also be reducing the cost of normal racial mounts and mount training by roughly half at level 40. We do not have changes planned for epic mounts at 60 at this time.
