I have seen all sorts of people lower then 30 in many of my bg’s it’s not a thing

Yeah they were probably paired with a higher honor level player. Im just telling you my experience mate
I Q’d into my first epic today and there was an Honor Level 1, 14, 21…30+ up from there. The Honor Level 1 from Dalaran triggered my (future) Bot spidy sense, but /whoKnows
Whether they were Q’in with friends or not I cannot say.
2nd Epic: 1x < 30…Honor Level 3
And 3rd epic (last I’ll check for now): 3x <30…Honor Levels 7, 12, and 17.
I bought a white Dalaran Stave, it has no ilvl and was not boosted. Tried an ilvl 66 dagger and full lvl 59 heirlooms and none were boosted. Maybe I am losing my mind lol? My ilvl was <200 and my health was about 200k. So call me wrong on both accounts I guess. Though I swear my new lvl 70 were boosted ilvl to 350 last season. Very odd. And it is what it is. If I ever level another toon or restore a toon with old pvp gear, I’ll remember this and see what I see.
Otherwise, I think I stand corrected as I cannot proove any of my points.
Last edit: I was on my Hordee Xazzi and the top 8 killings blows in that 3rd game were…wait for it…all MM Hunters. So maybe that shows something, 9 of the top 15 dmg were…wait for it…mm hunters…lol. Maybe some people would be surprised by that…
