Ephemera strands were not pushed to live servers but are crucial to obtaining a certain achievement as well as, and to some most importantly, the provis cache key. Combining 15 strands into an orb and opening the orb is the only way to obtain the key. Please fix this ASAP.
An update - you can link it in chat and you can read the tooltip, but the item itself appears as a red question mark in your bags and can not be used or click on at all. The item in physical form is not coded into the game.

Can submit a screenshot as well - this is still bugged and was reported as of reset this morning.
This appears to be hotfixed in now…I logged out and had an update, logged back in and had 30-ish in my bags

Are you sure? I just relogged and they are still a red question mark and says item not found. Ephemera Strands
I have been looting a good bit now when i scan the spheres
Yeah my strands are still bugged out and not appearing as in the game.
