So can anyone skip eonar (join raid late) on mythic or does the RL have to have killed imonar 4 times?

Side note - Blizz can you nerf the Doom mechanic or at the very least make it so the same group of 4 can go up each time.

Edit: Can someone who has killed imonar 4 times join a partially compelted raid and skip to imonar or did it have to be the RL who had completed the quest prior to starting the raid.

When it was current, for quite a while, the same group could do the ship every time. Why Blizzard doesn’t implement this again is beyond me but it’s #BlizzLogic.

As long as at least one person in the raid (and present in the dungeon) has done the quest to skip to Imonar after killing the first boss, the skip is active. Likewise with the skip that allows you to go right to Aggramar
