I opened a ticket for this and all the GM did was give me a link to the quest on wowhead, which I had already stated I did, and was told to open a bug report. I am completely locked out of Undercity and this was their solution.
So I figured I would try here to see if anyone has a solution. First Undercity was gassed and would kill me when I got there. I flew up to Tirisfal Glades and went to Zidormi to change the time. This got rid of the gas and I was at least able to land in Undercity.
I went down the path to where they guards are supposed to be at the door that opens and lets you into the city. There are no guards and the door doesn’t open. I watched a recent specific video for this quest and followed the exact path to the door that the person in the video was doing. In the video they had the guards and the door open for them letting them into Undercity.
I am quite frustrated with being locked out of a capital city in this game. I can’t believe the GMs are not offering help other than giving me a link to the quest in wowhead which anybody in their right mind has already done before opening a ticket.
Does anyone know how I can get access to Undercity? Just to restate I have already changed the timeline with Zidormi in Tirisfal and it didn’t help. Thank you for any help you have.
