I am new to Shadowlands. In Oribos I was given the quests “Insider Trading” and “Things Best Kept Dark” which lead to unlocking Tazavesh. “Insider Trading” is apparently a multi-step quest. In the first part I need to speak to 4 NPC’s. Cartel Zo is not highlighted and cannot be spoken to.
