Entropic Rift multicolor?

I’ve been seeing priest with a red and blue rift. How is that done? It doesn’t appear to be in the talents anywhere I can see.

Does that make it do more damage, less? Different kind?

i believe its only like that to represent the faction that player is apart of

As far as I know it shows that an enemy (other faction) priest has a rift active so you can differentiate it from a friendly priest’s rift
