What gives people the right to start a game with basic principles and rulesets, play it for awhile, then demand certain things change because they want.
Examples:
Void Elves should be able to look like High Elves
Faction should be removed
M+ shouldn’t have timers
etc, etc, etc…
Play the damned game as it was intended and stop demanding that every one else change because of your own selfish, narrow-minded perspectives. Yours is not the only opinion that matters. And if that doesn’t sit well with you then by all means, find another game where every player can look the same, gear is handed out just for logging in, and you get to be the center of attention. Leave WoW alone.
Seriously people should take a long hard look at themselves.
Now since i had time to take in the situation more I see what is happening and yeah, horde got the good end of the deal again. And this is what is causing the faction being dissolved suggestions. i am stunted and speechless.
Making a stealth void elf topic and just adding some current and trending topics doesn’t make it less obvious. The Void Elf update will come in the future. You have to wait and be patient.
I honestly believe this one is firmly the fault of Blizzard. If they had made Alleria look like the player Void Elves, there would have been no ground for the player base to stand upon. But instead she looks just like a High Elf that only goes “voidy” when she uses her abilities.
I have to stand my ground on this. There are certain changes that are needed because of broken mechanics, poor writing, bad coding etc. But these silly little things that some people demand (and most of the time without any real concept on why a particular issue is as it is) simply because they want it… I’m not behind that. The forums are littered with posters demanding things for no other reason than they want, lore, mechanics, logic be damned, just give them what they want.
You’re not wrong. Blizzard paints itself into a corner too much lately through stupid mistakes. And it opens the flood gates for more and more silly demands as a result. Fixing a bad with another bad is not a fix.
