Enough is Enough allow all armor type mog NOW

Allow cross armor type transmog yesterday!!!

I want ONE, just ONE legit reason why we can have mogs like this but actually opening up cross armor xmog is somehow blasphemous.

Mind you, I’m not saying to remove the restrictions for every set, like T2 for example, but allow open range on all none set gear.

And another disclaimer, no I’m not saying to allow us to gear up with all armor, just transmog.

I’d have to agree with you… counter point though: each class/armor group has a kind of a ‘look’ or a theme to stick to. But not so much anymore with these shop outfits and the heritage sets.

I guess that’s what keeping the tier sets would accomplish.

I mean, I can look like a paladin all I want so dunno about this

if anything once we fully unlock them i can not see why plate cant use plate

Right, exclusivity and flavor can be kept with certain sets that are already restricted to class.

But if we can spend $25 to make a warrior and a rogue run around like a legit kirintor mage, then there is absolutely no reason why we can’t just mog all armor types.

For metzen’s sake, wars can already mog staffs, now they can get this set?

Just do it already

Oh right… that purple recolor right? Well at least you still have that ‘plate armor’ look though?

But as a plate person, you could just hide the chest, mog a shirt, mog a skirt/kilt/dress bottom… warr can hold a staff… shoulders would prolly still have a very metal look.

Point being yeah, you can kinda work a clothy outfit as a plate.

Korthia NL set with that cosmetic purple witch hat.

Don’t even need this new store mog set.

You can transmog ONE (1) off-type set per bundle you purchase from the store. $25 dollars for the off-type transmog +500 tenders. $50 for off-type transmog +3000 tenders. $500 for one wrist transmog +25,000 tenders (it’s a bundle)

There is plenty more than just shop and heritage, there are multiple cosmetic sets out there that one can look like any armor type as any armor type.

For example, all the covenant transmog options on the bottom of the post https://overgear.com/guides/wow/shadowlands-covenant-armor/ (specifically the 9.1 covenant cosmetic transmog sets on the bottom, not the actually armor class locked sets above) are useable by any armor type, multiple variations of cloth, a couple sort of leather or possibly mails, etc…

Oh right! Forgot all about those. SLands seems more like a fever dream. Keep waiting to be shooken awake by magnie yelling at us about needing his azerite fix or turtles or whatever.

I remember once that Warrior could wear all armour-types (which made them the best for transmog farming). They’ve since changed that to them only wearing plate.

It’s probably not just flipping a switch, taking development time to remove these restrictions. So…just money, time and priorities. There’s your one reason, you good now?

Well that just means it’ll happen in time.
